My Sweet 16

This cake was actually for my own Sweet 16 birthday party. Yes, I made my own cake for my own birthday. :) As you can see, I LOVE bright and happy colors. This cake was the first cake I ever tiered! It was a pretty big deal for me.

Note: again, fondant would have much better achieved the look I was going for, but again I used buttercream icing instead, because at the time it was the only frosting I was most comfortable using, and it's more tasty.
